Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective. If you receive an item with any faults, please email us at info@cribcultures.com within 7 days.

Damaged Items
If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a refund.

Important Notice
Please ensure that the rug is not soiled or damaged when returning it. If possible, send it back in a near-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use.

Refunds
If a return is approved due to a damaged item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cribcultures.com.
